Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Any request raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted, and the return/exchange window will be considered closed.


Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Size issue

  • Wrong product delivered

Requests for reasons other than those listed above will not be accepted. 


Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered

Products failing quality checks will not qualify for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Cases

  • Requests raised after the 2-day period

  • Products showing signs of use or damage by the customer

  • Returns due to change of mind, color preference, or style choice


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery at online@vivertechnologies.com

  2. Share Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

  4. Approved requests will be picked up or guided for return shipment


Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time

  • Partial COD amount is non-refundable.

Final Decision

Star Impact Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection of the product.
